生化检测：生化分析仪检测血清中尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐的含量。
1.急性痛风大鼠关节炎程度变化
（1）采用游标卡尺对关节肿胀度进行评分，测定 3次，取其平均值。
关节肿胀度( mm) = 造模后的踝关节直径( mm)-造模前的踝关节直径( mm)。分别在2h，6h，24h，48h检测关节肿胀度
（2）足底厚度采用数字卡尺进行检测
分别在2h，6h，24h，48h检测足底厚度
2.急性痛风大鼠关节病理状态变化
用相机拍照各组老鼠的踝关节和爪部病理状态，分别拍照2h， 6h，24h，48h的病理状态。
3.痛风大鼠关节炎疼痛值
采用“Von Frey Hairs 测痛仪”对2h， 6h，24h，48h各组大鼠的机械痛阈值进行测量。
4. 急性痛风大鼠血液中炎性细胞个数
6h，24h采用流式细胞术标记血液中细胞总数，中性粒细胞个数，单核细胞个数和嗜酸性粒细胞的个数。
