1.一般情况观察
脓毒症组术后苏醒延迟，醒后精神萎靡，身体蜷缩，基本不活动，进食进水减少，对外界反应迟钝，呼吸频率加快，被毛蓬松少光泽，大便稀软，不再扎堆取暖。12h出现死亡大鼠，随着时间的延长大部分大鼠出现皮温低，肌力减弱，眼周血性分泌物，停止进食进水，排泄稀水样便，色黄，腥臭味。进一步发展出现呼吸急促，对被动仰卧无反抗，排泄物呈黏液状，量多，最终死亡。剖腹可见恶臭味血性渗液，肠管水肿黏连，盲肠坏死变黑。
