模型鉴定：6周后先取股骨头及采集腹主动脉血液，取材后采用空气栓塞法处死空白组和模型组兔。
血液标本：各组兔取材前禁饮食24h，全麻下进行腹主动脉采血，玻璃管收集腹主动脉血，冷藏，离心，取上层血清移至EP管中，于-20℃保存备用。
股骨头标本：腹主动脉采血后，无菌条件下取出右侧股骨头，冠状面剖开分别置于4％多聚甲醛、电镜固定液和液氮中保存备用。
观察兔股骨头外观、质地，关节软骨色泽和外形，用刀切感觉骨质硬度。
股骨头超微结构：电镜固定液处理，石蜡包埋切片，于透射电镜下观察股骨头超微结构改变。
