三个月后所有老鼠摄x线正侧位＋腰椎
每个节段番红固绿染色（4节）；
取材：整个椎间盘以及上下部分椎体也要有，椎间盘单位是指椎间盘组织＋上下终板软骨＋上下椎体；
染色: 取椎间盘最中央的部位，冠状位切片（冠状位就是从腹侧向背侧切片），染色要按整个椎间盘单位来做，主要观察是做椎体和椎间盘中间的终板软骨。
