模型评价
1. 观察各组大鼠的活动量、毛发、食量、呼吸、体重等。每周给食前1h称重，观察体重的变化。
2. RT-qPCR检测
收集大鼠PBMC和肺组织，提取RNA，利用RT-PCR检测Foxp3、RORγT的表达。
3. Western blot检测
收集大鼠PBMC和肺组织，提取蛋白，采用western-blot检测TAZ水平。
4. 流式细胞检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群
收集各组大鼠腹主动脉血2ml左右，利用大鼠外周血淋巴细胞分离液提取外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）细胞悬液。
（1）检测Th17时，细胞悬液加入佛波酯（50ng/ml）、离子霉素（1μg/ml）和莫能菌素（2μmol/L），37℃、5%CO2培养箱终培养6h后，反复洗涤3次后100μL PBS重悬，然后加入CD4单克隆抗体10μL，混匀后4℃避光孵育30min，洗涤、固定、破膜，再加入IL-17单克隆抗体10μL，4℃避光孵育20min，反复洗涤后PBS重悬为500μL/管，样品置流式细胞仪检测CD4+IL-17+细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例。
（2）检测Treg细胞时，细胞悬液先加入CD4、CD25单克隆抗体各10μl，混匀后4℃避光孵育30min，洗涤、固定、破膜，再加入FoxP3单克隆抗体10μL，4℃避光孵育20min，反复洗涤后PBS重悬为500μL/管，样品置流式细胞仪检测CD4+CD25+FoxP3+细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例。
