1 Racine 分级法将癫痫发作程度分为Ⅴ级:
0 级:无惊厥;
I 级:呆立不动、眨眼,嘴和面部表现为抽动、咀嚼样动作;
II 级:节律性点头,前肢和/或尾伸展;
Ⅲ级:前肢阵挛,后退,刻板运动;Ⅳ级:前肢阵挛、抽搐伴后肢站立;
Ⅴ级:四肢抽动、反复跌倒、全身阵挛。
2 伊文思蓝检测血脑屏障:
实验终点麻醉大鼠,尾静脉以4 ml/kg的剂量注射2%EB(Evans blue)染料溶液,在处死前让染料在大鼠体内循环1小时。通过大鼠左心室经盐水灌注心脏直至获得无色灌注。处死后,取出大脑,称重,在甲酰胺(3μl/mg)中匀浆,并在室温下孵育48小时。离心后,收集上清液并在625 nm处测量光密度,这用于确定EB染料的相对量;
