1 Racine 分级法将癫痫发作程度分为Ⅴ级：
0 级：无惊厥；
I 级：呆立不动、眨眼，嘴和面部表现为抽动、咀嚼样动作；
II 级：节律性点头，前肢和/或尾伸展；
Ⅲ级：前肢阵挛，后退，刻板运动；Ⅳ级：前肢阵挛、抽搐伴后肢站立；
Ⅴ级：四肢抽动、反复跌倒、全身阵挛。
2 伊文思蓝检测血脑屏障：
实验终点麻醉大鼠，尾静脉以4 ml/kg的剂量注射2％EB（Evans blue）染料溶液，在处死前让染料在大鼠体内循环1小时。通过大鼠左心室经盐水灌注心脏直至获得无色灌注。处死后，取出大脑，称重，在甲酰胺（3μl/mg）中匀浆，并在室温下孵育48小时。离心后，收集上清液并在625 nm处测量光密度，这用于确定EB染料的相对量；
