HE 染色观察：观察Sham组HE 染色切片，未发现明显病理改变。脑组织细胞排列紧密、整齐，形态结构正常。术后 24小时，血肿周围组织高度水肿、坏死，细胞核皱缩浓染，部分神经元水肿变性、坏死，并伴有大量红细胞出现，炎细胞浸润，神经细胞排列凌乱、疏松，呈网状结构，细胞外间隙增大。
荧光定量PCR（Q-PCR） 检测脑组织样本：
测血肿周围脑组织中Caspase-3及c-IAP-1（inhibitor of apoptosis protein?）的表达含量变化。
