1.大体观察： CCl4组小鼠随着给药时间延长活动逐渐减少, 精神萎糜,毛发蓬乱无光泽；大体标本显示，CCl4组肝脏与周围组织粘连明显，肝边缘圆顿，肝脏表面和切面呈弥漫的细小结节。
2.肝脏指数变化：取肝脏，称质量，计算肝脏指数=肝脏重/体重， CCl4组小鼠肝脏显著高于对照组小鼠。
3.肝功能指标：
检测小鼠血清中肝功能指标：丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素（TBL）、白蛋白（ALB）。结果发现 CCl4组小鼠血清中ALT、AST、TBL的含量显著高于对照组，ALB的含量显著低于对照组。
